In addition to working directly with stressed-out parents, I collaborate with organizations to strengthen their ability to effectively serve and support children and their families. A rapidly changing world requires leaders to revisit realities, rethink their approaches, and reimagine the possibilities. I'm passionate about walking with organizations through this process of adapting to better serve kids and their parents.

With extensive experience in curriculum writing, development, publishing, and design, I help organizations develop customized, engaging, and age-appropriate children's curriculum or training resources for parents and influencers. I have worked with publishers, local churches, national working groups, nonprofit organizations, and global networks on projects large and small. 

Community Research & Assessment

I conduct localized community surveys, family interviews, and neighborhood assessments to uncover the real needs, habits, and hopes of local families. The result is insight to help organizations discover opportunities and strategies to engage more effectively with children and families in their context. 

Program Evaluation & Strategic Planning

With 30+ years of experience as a leader working with churches, educators, and NGOs, I offer insight, perspective, problem-solving strategies, and practical steps toward building stronger and more effective programs to serve children and their families.
